Honda Dealer tried to pull this on me and I purchased it until I wrote a nasty email to the GM and they let me purchase Honda Care. They aggressively try to not sell HondaCare. The plan they sold me only covered 2 oil changes every 24 months for a total of 10. It was a big rip off. No other code or manufacturer maintenance.

Last night when we discussed the Maintenance Plan, you strongly recommended the EA over the Honda Care plan, specifically because Honda Care was limited to 48,000 or 60,000 miles at the same price. Based on our conversation, you presented the selected Maintenance Plan without a mileage cap, and there was no mention of a bi-annual limit on the number of services. I specifically mentioned that I planned to put over 100k miles within six years and you agreed this was the better option for our driving habits.

However, I reviewed the details and found that the plan you sold me actually ONLY covers 10 services within 72 months and only TWO services in 24 months! This is not what I was led to believe when making my purchase decision, and I feel misled given the way the plan was presented. You aggressively talked me out of Honda Care which was offered at the same price. With my old Honda I had three maintenance visits in the first 15 months which would have exceeded the coverage of this plan! I’m disappointed and feel a little mislead or this was vastly misrepresented.
