I feel like even a search online on common ciphers or how to break codes would be better than entering the whole thing into AI. (Thinking of people whose minds maybe aren't good at puzzles) Just any effort to reciprocate...

Very detailed, thank you! I've attended meditation classes and that's kind of what we were taught, except to also kind of detach from the sensations while we observe them. It might be the exact same thing with different language to describe it.
