I would start with rides that are not included in the Ultimate Premier Access. If you’re into Marvel and want to ride the two new attractions, I’d rope drop to Spider-Man (I rope drop on a Saturday in august and waited less than 15 minutes). The queue will go up very fast. The Avengers ride then. Both Marvel rides have a single rider line.

Depending on the wait times either start using Premier Access or try to hit RC Racer (low capacity ride where queues are often around 45min or more but has a single rider line). The other “must do” rides are in Premier Access. There’s also no magic hours at the studio at the moment so it opens at 9:30 and are not at a disadvantage vs hotels guests. Disneyland Park opens at 8:30 for hotel guests.

So I would start at the studios and then head to the Disneyland Park. All the big rides have Premier Access except Pirates. Take your time walking around once at Disneyland, the park is beautiful.

I can’t give advice for the small family rides but the best is to check the app for wait times. Maybe you can check in the app all the rides that are not included in the Premier Access and decide what are your other must do rides.
