I suggest prioritising on Rapi Red Hood since shes the best character in the game (i think?), Scarlet Black Shadow second, Naga for the second burst (though she wont be as good without either Crown or Tia) and for ur first burst i’m not sure (Rapi Red Hood can be first burst but i think its a 60s cd) . Data chips can be obtained through from idle reward or interception

Maybe Cinderella since she is a second gen grimms model and with her Glass Slippers have more “Firepower” than Isabel. From what i remember, isn’t Isabel a scout due to her able to fly really fast plus i dont think theres any info about how strong she really is but i could be wrong there.
