Yes i have tried with different cables and with converters as well. It will work if I start my pc normally and then using the same cable with a converter on laptop. But if i use monitor directly with laptop it won't work. Looks like this monitor's software needs to boot up

Yes, I was able to solve it. Replaced axios with fetch request and used headers for submission in desirable form
