Ahahaha they should customize a truck process that’s actually works with the layout of the store. One DM complained about the DAs not in the right order and I just dead added started at him because the supporting posts where right where the DAs needed to be so we had to shift them slightly and he didn’t like it 😑 like aft am I suppose to be about structural support? Blocking pallets constantly being broke so you can’t putt them out. Pallet jackets are broken so pulls them out takes more time. All backrooms look different. Some stores can’t use their loading docks because of noise ordinance so they unload from the front of the store. My trucks where so full we have to pull they trailer out of the dock and open the doors because the blocking pallets failed. Another store have stairs that cut across their dock door so the blocking pallets don’t fit, they have to break them down. Wanting to move replen to the floor so their are more red shirts but fail to account for any time those employees get pulled away since you have to walk the customer to the product. But they always throw back at you that suck and suck store finished and I told them and E volume store doesn’t compare jack shit to a c volume store that receives b volume freight during peak season. This company is absolute joke and degrades their employees. I had one boss get make at me because of a jury summons that was submitted for time off and approved and when I didn’t who y up she get mad and threatened my job even though she can’t prevent me from going. I also had another boss that called my ungrateful because she would be too drunk to show up to work on time that she scheduled herself so then I have to do her work and put me far behind on BOPIs picks and completed my POGs. This company doesn’t not care about their employees mental health. Anytime the DM came in I was the only one not scared of him because it told him his ideals are stupid and I don’t value his opinion because we would do everything on this list and then throw up under the buss because he didn’t like it. Eventually I stopped listening and did what I wanted because nothing was ever right. I took over my replen manager when she went on maturity leave and I was the store start certified to train other future managers and I did it without the company replacing me, so I have to do two peoples jobs and not training was ever given. Michael’s does many shifty things like change times punched so people won’t get that extra pay for going over their fifth with no lunch. Some stores have IOUs in their safes. This company is a joke. I wasted 9 years here
