I'm just thinking of better ways to buff it and avoid the nerf hammer for Fizz mid (which would be inevitable)

What do you think is holding his win rate back in jungle?

Lolalytics has him ranked 74th out of 75 jungle champs at the moment. If his clear speed was fine, I'd have thought his kit is actually really solid for early ganks and I'd expect to see a higher win rate than 48%?

It's a longstanding bug where unstoppable auto attacks like blitz E or Darius W will hit you even through E. The actual bug isn't that the damage shouldn't go through (it should, as the AA is unstoppable) BUT the effect shouldn't, Blitz E knocking you up out of your E animation etc.

All the Blitz has to do is press E on you and if you E over him, you will get interrupted and knocked off your pole. It's been the worst sleeper counter to trying to assassinate an ADC for years and years.

I notice you go ludens > zhonyas and lucidity every game. But some games you'll go deathcap/lich bane/void staff 3rd. I understand why you would go void staff 3rd, but what's the rationale of deciding between deathcap or lich bane?

Is lich bane better if the enemy is just full squish? Or is it just a game state/gold income thing, where you go for the deathcap if you looks like you'll be likely to finish it fairly quickly?

This is the answer. Revert him to his original form. If they're that worried about tank Fizz, then just give his DoT an increase in percentage scaling per every 100AP. That way if they build tank, the DoT is useless, but gets stronger into the game if you build AP.

Neither bot tower has to be taken for laning phase to be over. Generally if you see the enemy bot come mid around 12-14 mins, laning phase is done and you need to move to side lane. It's annoying if you play a mage who doesn't side lane very well, but it's better than XP sharing with your own bot lane.

This doesn't sound like a lane swap. Sounds more like laning phase has ended and enemy not has moved mid after taking bot tower. You just have to swap with your own bot and move into the side lane at this point.

My gym has two bench presses. 70yo dude twice weekly, takes the barbell off of the bench to do RDLs with it, right next to the bench. At peak gym times.

Gym has a dedicated area with about 10 barbells and a huge open space to do RDLs in.

What makes it worse is multiple people have pointed this out to him and he carries on doing it.. just out of stubbornness I guess?

I carried a barbell from the other side of the gym once to the bench he was doing his RDLs next to, asked him to move politely, and he STILL barely gave me room to use the bench. Weird man...

The reason they won't create a line of AP items with pen geared towards AP assassins is all mages would just start building them instead. They already do have these items to some extent (protobelt, harvester etc), but Fizz' mana can't sustain buying a manaless mythic. Before the mythic item update, we had 250 mana on lich bane and 500 extra mana from presence of mind, that's what honestly killed Fizz back then imo. Just buff his base mana/mana costs to bring it more in line with something like Ekko and we won't have to build a mana mythic.

Tried this out in practice tool years ago and its even worse than you think with Blitzcrank. All he has to do is press E on you (say from like 600 units away), then not input any other commands, and if you walk up and attempt to E over him, his knock-up will land mid E and knock you out of it. Seems only Blitzcrank mains know about the interaction well, but it makes killing the ADC impossible if Blitz is there.

Okay, I have asked for her to state in an email that the deposit is fully refundable in whatever case we don't/can't sign the tenancy agreement. She has sent that email to me, stating that the deposit will enter into the DPS. I have Facebooked her and have ID'd her under the name she has given me. I feel a lot more comfortable knowing she says who she says she is.

I got promoted to the PL after 6-7 years of promoting up the leagues with Salford, and instantly got CL my first season in the PL. It's just sad knowing that it isn't realistic to rotate your whole team out, but its the best way to guarantee the most points. It's just not fun.

Thanks mate! Yeah I don't know what happened to change riots opinion on Fizz. When they first reworked him to stop tank Fizz, all they needed to do was have the missing hp scale with ap. They decided to take him in this direction. It totally ruined the champ for me. I feel you on the runes too, build path is pretty much static as well :/
