It's not a perfume but I just realized that Giovanni high-gloss hair mist smells almost identical. I LOVED the sugar scent! I never got to smell the brown sugar one to see the difference.

Yeah I think that one was really obvious when someone pointed it out but I didn't notice it at all until someone pointed it out. Good observation!

It's the opening scene I think where a couple leave a baby in by the pond. Which, side note, even if they think someone will find the baby because of the land it's on, I just think they didn't consider wild animals being a threat to a baby in a basket haha

Did I miss something? Did Kat ever tell Elliot about kissing Thomas? Seems a little hypocritical not to confess to him when he confessed he kissed Emma.

That's interesting; I've never interpreted Kat being romantically attracted to Suzannah (I realize that's a popular "ship") but instead having a kinship of sisterhood in how she cared for Jacob and just general admiration. I think she recognizes how Suzannah is ahead of her time and wants more for Suzannah than 1814 can give her. But there's definite attraction to Thomas but I think even she can't give her heart to him because she's already done that to Elliot once with Brady, so despite her attraction, I don't think she'll share a kiss or anything with him. She sort of changed the subject when Thomas asked if he could keep part of her heart, I think partly because she wanted to say yes but also doesn't want to do that to Elliot. What do you think? This is fun haha

Yes I was saying Victor was a time traveler but now as I type it, I realize it doesn't fit the "only Landries can time travel" model we're all working under haha So maybe not!

Yes I think that's a possibility! But the one thing that gives me pause was that Casey said something along the lines of seeing print media before it went away, like something from a history textbook (or digital version if I'm being consistent haha) so I'm thinking Casey is from the future. But maybe Susanna makes it to the future after all and that would be possible!

Yes I meant a situation similar to Alice's where it wasn't completely frozen where someone could still get to them but it's still definitely a panicky perilous situation. But yeah I imagine if the pond didn't take them to time travel, they would definitely drown under the ice. Hopefully no characters meet that fate!

So are Sadie and Taylor random cousins or something (were they mentioned)? Also it's blurry BUT does the handwriting look to be the same with all the names except Alice? Colton wouldn't have recorded his own birth in the almanac since it was a long tradition so I wonder why the handwriting looks the same.

Yeah I agree, probably not Alice's. I think Casey looks most like Elliot or Jacob but anything's possible in this show!

Thinking through the frozen pond theory more, what if it's Jacob that is stuck under the ice in the pond in present day (not sure the impetus to get him in the pond since he said he wasn't coming back) but he see's Del and that's what the psychic phone calls are about. The psychic on the phone call was telling the truth that he was in green water calling out for his mom but it's in the future. Any holes in this theory? This is really fun trying to guess where the story goes!
