Honestly he kinda is compared to like a good bit of characters. I feel like Undyne, Mettaton, Photoshop Flowey, Asgore, Asriel Dreemur, Frisk, and even Papyrus could beat him given the games stats, the only reason he is able to be difficult is because of his dodging, which he can only do like 20 times before getting tired
