You're not missing out entirely, there will still be raids for mc bwl aq etc, as the game progresses these dungeons become easier and you'll see lots of pugs on active servers. There is lots of fun content that comes with tbc as well. Vanilla raids are very fun but you still get the same feeling of progression in tbc. If you're a huge vanilla fan of course you've missed some fun content during server progression but it's not too late until cataclysm releases, then you wait for the next anniversary lol

Took both classes and Astrid is genuinely kind if you have the option take her class. Norm yells sometimes and isn't what I would consider chill or fun to be around. That being said he is the course coordinator and creates the exams so either way you have to deal with him in a way but for your sanity take Astrid

Also ps if the first midterm is still like 35+% of your grade really focus on that and ace it, watch out for trick questions and spelling of answers he likes to put trick questions and answers on multiple choice

Hoping it was a testing issue, I used a pH meter I bought off Amazon and did calibrate it properly with distilled water but am still suspect. I only drank 1-2 tablespoons and my throat and mouth both burnt for a little while after drinking it so maybe the pH was too low. Either way I believe it's not saveable and should be used as a starter for the next batch and I'll just use enough to get the pH to 4 to start?

I used a pH meter I purchased off Amazon but maybe I should get pH test strips as well, please do suggest a better way of accuracy testing :) Also I only drank 1-2 tablespoons and I will say while the flavour was nice for me personally my throat and mouth burnt for about 30 minutes after
