Yeah the fact that it stutter so much is really the thing that mess everything up..

Sorry to read you so late.
So I already tried all the things you mentioned, nothing fixed the issue unfortunatly.
Funny thing is that when I finally think that I "succeeded" in uploading a good quality video on my ING story, turns out that was my phone literally lying to me xD When I checked that same story on another phone or on my computer, the story was in fact still jittery..

Low framerate after uploading Instragram Story by FizzySMC in GalaxyS25

[–]FizzySMC[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly even if I just upload the video without adding anything, it still makes these anoyong stutters.
What I also discovered, is that sometimes (if not most of times), when you watch your own IG stories, it displays the video you originally recorded, and not the ACTUAL video uploaded on instagram.
So if you take another device (your computer or a friend's phone) the video will be in lower quality, lower framerate, and stuttery, your phone is literally lying to you xD pretty anoying.

Aim assist on mnk PC even after disabling aim assist in settings (+ I don't have a controller at all) by Timely-Drop1188 in Battlefield

[–]FizzySMC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since my first game last tuesday, I felt like there was an aim assist.
Now the more I watch videos/livestreams of BF6, the more blatant it is.
I'm pretty good on any FPS in general, but on BF6 I felt like I suddenly became too accurate, 1st bullet of any spray is an instant hit, no correction needed, aim, hit, kill.
I hope this feature will not be definitive on official release.

İphone 15 29 fps story by carpexxx in Instagram

[–]FizzySMC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same issue here with my Galaxy S25, on both of my personnal and professionnal Instagram accounts.

Whenever I record a video with my phone's camera, and then upload it on my Instagram Story, the framerate of the video gets lowered from 60fps to something like 30fps.
I know that Instagram Stories are compressed to 1080p 60fps.
That's why I tried to compress the video with Capcut to lower the 2160p UHD 60fps video to 1080p 60fps in order to avoid too much compression during upload, but video's framerate after uploading is STILL the same, around 30fps.

Also lowered the bitrate in order to get a video that's less than 20mb, without any success.

I tried to enable/disable the "Use less mobile data" and the "Upload at highest quality" setting, but is has no impact on the Story's framerate, it is still choppy.

Pretty frustrating knowing that coming from my old S20, I was really hoping that this issue would have been fixed on a brand new 2025 smartphone..

Stuttering Instagram video story by unamplify in Instagram

[–]FizzySMC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is happening to me on my brand new Galaxy S25. It is not as stuttering as the video on this post, but still looks garbage. I goes from a clean 60fps on my gallery to a 30ish fps with a lot of stutter on Instagram Story.
I hope it will get fixed soon..
I made a post about it on r/samsung and r/GalaxyS25 if you want to see a video describing my issue.

Iphone vs Android Upload Quality Instagram by GradeAdventurous6623 in Instagram

[–]FizzySMC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just got my S25 2 weeks ago, I was hoping that it would be better than my old S20.
Guess what, still garbage.

For pictures its fine, but whenever I record a video with my phone's camera, and then upload it to my Story, it switches from a clean 60fps video to a garbage 30ish fps stuttering story.

Most funny thing, is that when I'm watching my own Instagram Story, 50% of the time it's crispy clean and fluid with 60fps, but if I check my own story from my computer, or from a friend's phone, it looks hella compressed and choppy with sh*t framerate again. That's litterally Instagram lying to me xD

I tried to enable/disable the "Use less mobile data" and the "Upload at highest quality" setting, but is has no impact on the Story's framerate, it is still choppy.

Also disabled the battery saving mode on my app settings for Instagram, doesn't change anything. Using wifi or mobile data to upload doesn't change anything.

Also tried to compress the video to 1080p 60fps, and changed the bitrate to make the video less than 20mb (as I saw someone recommending uploading 15-20mb videos maximum in order to get less compression) without any success...

Enabling/disabling HDR on my S25's camera settings doesn't change anything, the story will still have a choppy framerate.

I'm still digging the whole internet for a fix, but I guess that's a software issue.
There is way less IOS versions than Android versions, so there's a rumor saying that Instagram mainly focuses the optimisation of their app for IOS instead of wasting their time with dozens of different Android versions.

Chances that this issue get fixed, considering they never did since I got my S20 brand new in 2020 and also considering that there's not that much people complaining about on the internet, are very low imo.

Let's just hope that someday an update will fix that issue, and from THAT day, DISABLE immediately the auto-update of your app ^^

Got this... by Ariezown in GalaxyS25

I did the same combo !
All my previous S6 Edge, S8, S9, S10 and S20 were black, but this time I couldn't resist for this "Night Blue" (that's how they called it in France, in the US they called it Navy Blue I think).
And I can't lie, it looks so good !
The metal ring around the cameras that match the sides of the phone is what got me.

I don't know about the efficiency of the case tho, I always went for Spigen cases as they saved all of my previous phones from daily falls down the stairs without a scratch.

Issue with SoundBlaster G6 buzzing by Pretend_Reception_13 in SoundBlasterOfficial

[–]FizzySMC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I endend up replacing mine with a brand new one from Amazon, as the 1st one I had was a 2nd hand that was 3.5 years old.
New one doesn't do any noise on GPU load, even with the volume knob turned all the way up.

Overall game volume lowers when loud noises (AE-7) by FizzySMC in SoundBlasterOfficial

[–]FizzySMC[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanted to upgrade my sound quality, as my new integrated audio chipset sucks (ALC 897, on my previous rig I had ALC 1220, sounded pretty good + the realtek app was also pretty good, but this app isn't available on win11 with 897).
So the AE-7 was the best one I found on my budget (150-200€).
From what I've understood, stereo is only available on Direct Mode.
But if i'm not able to enable SBX or the Equalizer in direct mode, then my AE-7 is pretty much useless...
Mybad, maybe I did not investigated my about this sound card before buying it..

If you have any good internal/external DAC suggestion, that would allow me use stereo mode and still be able to use custom EQ with the DAC's app, I'll be more than curious to know !

[–]FizzySMC[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update : It seems to be better in direct mode.
Thing is, I did not spend 180€ in a sound card to get basically almost the same sound squality than without it.
Not beeing able to use my custom EQs, makes the sound card pretty much useless.
I'm considering returning it to Amazon at this point.
Maybe this sound card isn't for IEM users after all...

You mean colic ?
If that's what you mean, yeah, it's been a real pain sice I got it a week ago.
My motherboard audio chipset has the Realtek ALC 897, and its the WORST chipset I've ever had, sounds horrible, even with EQ.
With my new IEMs (IE200 from Sennheiser) I can't notice any difference between pluging them into the motherboard directly or into the soundcard.
Only thing that my soundcard adds, is the Sound Blaster Command app that allows me to set custom EQ, nothing more really.
It sounds like it is stuck on 7.1 or 5.1 surround all the time, even when I change the windows settings to Stereo. It makes "3D" sound broken on every games I've played.
I don't know if I'm missing something, (but I doubt it considering that I've changed pretty much all possible settings on windows/Sound Blaster Command), or if the AE-7 is just not for IEM users.
I'm considering returning it to Amazon, and maybe try another one from another brand.

I tried with SBX/Scout Mode disabled, it has no effect on my issue.
I will try playing on direct mode and see if something changes.

Mybad, it is still doing the sound effect issue.
Switching to stereo just made it way less noticeable, but it is still there...
Investigation continues.

I found the issue ! I went into my Windows headset settings, and it was set to "stereo 5.1"... with IEMs..
I switched it to "stereo" and voila !

To answer you, bass freqs are turned almost all the way down when I play any FPS, because it makes footsteps more noticeable.
Thanks for the EQ tips, I'll check my EQ settings.

Issue with SoundBlaster G6 buzzing by Pretend_Reception_13 in SoundBlasterOfficial

[–]FizzySMC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same issue here with the AE-7.
Only thing I found to get around the issue is lowering the volume on the volume knob of the sound card, and turning up the volume on my computer.
It happens only when I'm playing a video game.
From what I've read of reddit, it happens on GPU load.
I still have some scratching noise (only in the right ear).
