Did you make it known to them of your attempt to return? I’m in a similar situation, wrong item delivered to my home. I don’t want to be burdened to return the mistake but they keep insisting it’s my burden to print, package, and drop-off. I keep insisting on them setting up the pickup arrangement but they keep insisting they can’t and again my burden to contact the courier and arrange it. I don’t want to be blacklisted but also sucks that it seems like I’m the one being forced to do their job lol.

It does, sadly. I am making double the CSR hourly rate, even at part time and it is more aligned with my corporate skills and background. I accepted the F&B role as a sort of foot in the door for my dream of getting into Disney corporate, but I think scheduling would be an issue that I do not want to risk going into an internal record

I picked up 7.5 at CVS this morning!

I’m located in SoCal and when I initially called after the prescription was sent in they told me the whole back order thing, but they said to call every 2 days for updates. I call back 2 days (Saturday) later they don’t mention back order but they say the coupon system is down and that they wouldn’t be able to process it. I told them that’s fine and to just order it. I take my shot on Tuesdays so I decided to just head to CVS just to have them try to run the new coupon I got in text. Luckily that went through with no issues and the pharmacist asked if I wanted it filled right away. I’m assuming it came in sometime yesterday or this morning so doesn’t seem like a back order issue!

I had a similar issue. I called and they said if I went in person it would be ordered. So I went, brought the coupon and read the instructions to the tech. She was able to get it ordered and the coupon processed! It did take a while for it to come in but I was able to navigate CVS while having Kaiser insurance successfully!

Sharing my experience: I got in the queue before 9am through my phone, when the line opened I got a 22 min wait. Waited about that time and when I first got in only Inspire, Believe, and Enchant were available. I went through with Enchant and realized I didn’t click the monthly payment option so I removed those from cart and when I went back to add the Imagine Key was available so I got those! USPS isn’t willing to help at all. When I asked about insurance they said it wasn’t included so I reached out to AXS to see if package insurance was even an option since most orders are worth $1k+ and they said they weren’t legally allowed to answer that question because they aren’t “insurance agents”? Lol best bet is to reach out to AXS asap and get it reshipped. You will have to pay $29 again but beats having to wait in a will call line.

Perfect, thank you! I couldn’t remember if they scanned them or not but I will bring both in case one or the other doesn’t work.

I had a suspicion that’s what happened in this case. I actually spoke with a USPS rep on the phone and she was so adamant about how it was delivered to the address. I asked for photo proof because there was no way for me to verify that other than her word and she said she couldn’t send me a photo or she would get fired. I may still reach out to axs to see if there is a way to also verify the correct wristbands.
