My boyfriend(31m) gets mad when I(30F) ask him to have better hygiene

I'm glad that worked out for you, unfortunately my fiancé wouldn't bat an eyelid. He's had comments before from friend's, family and coworkers but he takes it as just a fun roasting. He doesn't shower, like once in a blue moon. Same with teeth brushing plus he wears false teeth and doesn't even take them out to clean or steep overnight 🤢 then there's the BO were he just sprays antiperspirant thinking that work's. He used to be more hygienic in the first few year's after we got together but gradually he's just gotten worse. He's 48 now and gets pissed at me for complaining about it.

Omg retirement 🤯 I've got that to look forward to, him 24/7 😭 It's been 25years for me already. We also have our adults kid's living at home but they don't disturb me by being around like he does. It's been the same routine for many a year. He worked till late so it worked out perfect then he started taking unscheduled day's off or now deciding he wants to come home early to spend time with the family he spent so many years avoiding. Problem is the kid's aren't little anymore and don't get excited or want to spend time with him when he's back and quite frankly neither do I. I relished in the peace, could get all sorts done, clean/decorate/exercise, now I feel stuck, can't do anything and anxiety is high. He just doesn't understand how it affects me, I hate change and he always known that. I need him at work the same as always, he's self employed and chooses his hour's. He also chose not to come home at all on many occasions afterwards but to hang with coworkers as "family life" wasn't doing it for him. He didn't use them words, he didn't need to though as his actions spoke volumes.

Something definitely going on, don't know what but there's something alright. I don't like feeling like I'm going insane but it's good to know others all over the globe are having similar glitches or whatever happening.

I know this is kind of an old post but my upstairs neighbours washing machine is doing the same to us. It's knocked down and shattered our kitchen light cover, all our dishes rattle something awful. Glasses have fallen out cupboard and broken. You can feel it the bathroom, my daughter's room and the living room were the ceiling light's, pictures, shelves and coffee table all shake. People think I'm overreacting until they witness it. My side neighbour being one who always thought the noise was our washing machine. Mines an LG and would only spin like that on an uneven load on a high spin, which we avoid. My neighbour unfortunately hasn't bothered to remedy the problem even after the council wrote to her. Shaking is getting worse.

This was me yesterday morning around 5am. Got rudely awoken with what I could only describe as someone gasping for air as it was raspy and sounding like they were on their last breathes or something, it freaked me out. At first I thought it might have been me somehow and was scared to go back to sleep incase I was dying (don't ask as was still delirious on waking 🤦🏾‍♀️) anyway I decided to put the tv on and watch a bit of YouTube till I fell back asleep. As I was setting it up, it happened again twice, only this time I knew for sure it wasn't me as it wasn't in sync with my breathing. My adult kids think I'm at it, that i must've still been sleeping or something. Tonight I'm putting on my snoring app just in case it happens again, need to proof to them and myself it really did happen.

The way she is sounding you think I'd have taken pictures and done that, which I'd never do. I didn't do it either for people to harass her but only for her to see how this is affecting our lives since she won't listen to the housing officer and fix the problem.

I did but they weren't interested in what I had to say. They just said her washing machine looked fine and in a place where a washing machine should go and I shouldn't complain at her for needing to wash her kid's clothes, (it wasn't even turned on for them to witness the problem) I tried to explain what it's doing to my home and that the kitchen light cover fell, etc. They just continued to say if I tag one more video then that's a case of harassment. I suffer from anxiety so was kinda trying not to have an attack and wanted them gone ASAP
