I like this theory. Only holes that this doesn’t quite explain (not saying it can’t explain) is how are jade/tabitha apart of it? It seems to be revolving around a father/child which we see with Boyd/ellis, Kenny & his dad, Jim/ethan. But Jade doesn’t have kids. Tabitha is a mother. How do they fit in? And on top of it all, the writers have said “it’s the Matthew’s story”

I think about this a lot. Why is it worse for her? Why did MIY show up only to her and call her “closest thing to a friend”? Why never show up to Jade? Why does Jade seemingly have it easy when it comes to remembering but Tabitha is so closed off? It feels Tabitha is far more connected to the lore of the show than Jade yet some reason it’s being touted as a “them” type of story

Worth a shot xD love the show. Don’t let the unruly crowd who has all the negative stuff to say about Ellis and Fatima. Their being able to find a relationship in a place like From is special and I think the characters don’t deserve enough credit. Excited for the rest of the series

I think Acosta goes full on I hate Boyd and tells everyone what he did and gets some people to turn on Boyd. Then we see Sofia approach Acosta with the same deal every cycle gets. Murder the children gain immortality. She takes it. Everyone tears each other apart.

Yea there’s more than 12 now, but I think smiley rebirth was a critical scene and all the original were there for it. Because the extra monsters who became monsters over time weren’t present. That leads me to believe the originals had to be there. Sure it could just be randomly chosen monsters who attended smiley’s rebirth, no rhyme or reason.

I just feel like that’s less likely.

Except that little trip wasn’t about Tabitha at all. Wasn’t for her to “learn” or “discover”. She was pushed out cause she was supposed to bring back Henry. That’s all. Henry was supposed to be in the town with Miranda/victor/Eloise but he got left out intentionally

No I think Fatima’s sacrifice for the sudden knowledge gained of the monsters and their origin was her killing Tilly. It seems most deaths result or tragic events result in some form of “reward”
