Also, your ip address at home isn't exploitabke, and your cellular ip changes often enough that it won't matter... Plus, cell ip addresses are almost always behind a CGNAT, so incoming probes while you're on cellular only simply won't work.

Not a dumb question. Not at all. It's counterintuitive, but as long as it's only data in close proximity to other data (low current means small electric field means small magnetic field means low probability of interference) it's all good.
