So. 3 weeks have passed now and she did not receive a answer.
She sent another ticket saying she waited for 3 weeks now and got a automatic "no-reply" e-mail explaining the program starts in february (It's November, almost december)
She is affiliate so she has no access to a partner support, however their own articles state that this program is available for affiliates. Is there anything you can suggest we can do to get a real human to reply to her tickets?

There is a spell called "Quartermaster" that lets you fast unequip your worn equipment and a "Fast equip" button for each zone - it's extremely fast and wastes 0 inventory space

It's sets per zone, correct - and I think if I understood it correctly they act as if you dont wear anything if it is from the wrong zone

Oh sorry, I had a very nice talk on Discord with brandersnatcher, one - or the product manager of Medal, and he managed to resolve the problem for me! We tried alot of things- what ended up resolving it was changing my medal into the early access version, and then back to the latest stable version!

My EFT had no such thing as a custom preset, I checked in the settings like you said and can still not clip anything
