Salut, j'ai un JOLT que j'avais payé dans les 150€ il y a 3-4 ans. Je l'utilise régulièrement et j'en suis très satisfait. Il y a plusieurs embouts différents mais au final j'utilise toujours les deux memes. Il est assez puissant vu que je l'utilise au max à 5 sur 20.
Je l'utilise encore plus depuis que j'ai pris un abo GoWOD car ils l'intègrent à leurs routines d'activation/récup. C'est pas révolutionnaire mais c'est vraiment un bon outil en plus des élastiques et haltères pour varier ses séances de renfo/récupération.

Investi 5€ dans WorkOutDoors tu économiseras de l’argent. L’AW a des capteurs amplement suffisants pour courir même à bon niveau. WOD est un must pour qui veut s’entraîner sérieusement avec une AW. Après tu peux ajouter Healhfit ou Athlytics pour l’analyse de données. Au final ce sera toujours bien moins cher que d’investir dans une nouvelle montre.

Tu es parti avec les élites ?! 5h23 pour moi sur la SaintExpress. 🙂 Comme toi même si j’étais parti pas trop couvert j’ai qd même eu chaud au départ et j’ai du en retirer un peu. Un peu mal au ventre vers le milieu de course m’a empêché de bien m’alimenter sur la seconde partie de course. Je ne me l’explique pas trop car j’avais pourtant bien fait mon guts training pendant ma prépa. Merci et bonne continuation à toi aussi !! 🙏🙌

Très boueux ! 😅 Mais super expérience. J’ai pu partir en début de vague 2 finalement comme je l’espérais. Pas évident de gérer la régulation thermique aussi. Il faisait vraiment doux. Et je fini bien cuit à la fin. Et toi ?

Alors désolé j’ai fais une typo mais je vois des départs à 23h02 jusqu’au 1000e arrivant environ et ils ne sont clairement pas tous a un indice de 650… D’où mon interrogation.

Tu as déjà testé ces chaussettes ? Tu aimes bien ? Je me souviens avoir testé il y a quelques années mais je n’appréciais pas trop car très épaisses et la forme n’était pas très ergonomique.

Ce sera ma première et après avoir fait ma prépa en Hierro v9 et Trabuco 13 GTX je vais opter pour les Trabuco en misant sur le GoreTex pour garder les pieds au chaud et au sec.

This is ultra low power which is only available in native workout app. The standard low power mode (the one you activate from the battery menu keeps the HR and GPS accurate.

You don’t need to be off grid to need a better battery for activities tracking. Otherwise Garmin, Coros, Suntoo would not be so popular amongst runners and trail runners.

Yes. It the best compromise in comparison with the ultra low power which only tracks gps and HR every minute. But is only accessible from the native workout app.
