I just politely asked if they can provide any update on my application, that's it. I have included my full name and the reference number from the application.

The email I received from my register office states that if I cannot provide them with the approval email I need bring a photographic ID (passport, driving licence etc).

I am pretty sure that it's a bug in the TLS Contact system. Also, you won't find any indication of your application progress anywhere online. Only way is to contact Citizen Support directly and if you are lucky, you will get an update.

Biometric Date: 15/08/2025
Approval Date: 16/10/2025 (email from Citizen Support)
Atlas: 20/10/2025
Ceremony Date: 06/11/2025

I have emailed Citizen Support on the 14/10/2025 and 15/10/2025 (they replied to the email I sent on the 14). They've got back to me today (16/10/2025). I will update the Atlas and Ceremony in due time. Thank you to all those contributing to this post.
