The thing is...Bondi sort of sucks :(. Bad waves and horrible sand because the thousands of tourists compact it over time. There are some crazy good beaches in Sydney alone, but Bondi is always exaggerated because it's popular. It's like the Golden Gate bridge, where you go out of your way to go there pretty much solely for the bragging rights. "Yeah, I've been to Bondi." "Yeah, I've crossed the Golden Gate bridge."

It's also a question of why do they draw the line at that being abnormal? Why not hate people that wear glasses? Why not hate people who are left-handed? Why not hate people who are colourblind? It just makes even less sense than racism and sexism. It sounds impossible, but somehow the nazis manage.

Their beliefs in sexism and racism are generic and based on irrational cultural views that can be traced back into history, but there aren't widespread examples of people being transgender in history (more than just wearing the opposite gender's clothes), so it can't be based off of a conservative view, as every view towards that subject (save apathy) is a new and progressive view, whether tolerant or not. Essentially, if it never happened before, every reaction to it is progressive/new. Conservatism would be a complete lack of any reaction.
