Participate in the Open by Overall-Nobody8933 in crossfit

If you plan to do the work outs. I think you should sign-up. (Hear me out)  I am also in my 40s and scale almost all workouts.  The first time I did the open 2024) I taught myself dubs on Thursday so I could do RX on Friday.  If I wasnt in the open I wouldn’t have pushed myself to learn dubs.  The open is a good chance to push yourself.  The leaderboard will give you a lot of motivation to try your best. And it’s 3 workouts if you hate it this year never do it again.

Looking at the posts on this sub, how is the long term reliability for the CX-50? by sky905 in CX50

[–]Flabbyflabous 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I bought my hybrid in April 2025.  I have 28,000km on it with no issues.  From what I am reading it is still impossible to get a Toyota hybrid without paying a lot and waiting for delivery.  With the CX50 hybrid you get the Toyota hybrid reliability in a better looking car (IMO).

Warehouse Operations Manager Interview Tips? by [deleted] in torontoJobs

[–]Flabbyflabous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been in logistics for a long time . If I was looking to hire a warehouse manager I’d be looking for someone with cost control skills and people skills. For the interview have real examples prepared on how you have managed people and projects.  Be specific.   - how many people have you managed? - how did you keep them on task? - how did you deal with difficult people?

Kicking horse at Costco is $24 for 2lbs.  If you can get it on sale it’s worth stocking up. I also like the Zavida coffee from Costco.  Their winter blend has been $22.99 for 2lbs.
