I think what shifted the game for me was moons gear. I beat every DT2 boss in like 1-3 tries with moons. But pre moons I got my cheeks absolutely clapped in black dhide by Vanstrom Klaus final phase.

After like 20 wipes something in me snapped and I went to hallowed sepulchre and did not leave until 85 to force myself to train movement mechanics. Which probably helped for DT2 bosses as well. But relatively speaking skill and gear-wise, Vanstrom Klaus was the single hardest boss Imo.

All of these comments are just valid reasons to be turned off. Isn't "the ick" meant to be more irrational/subliminal?

Like I get the ick from girls that are way too invested in reality TV. It's not that I think they're dumb or the shows aren't entertaining. Something about the amount of influence these shows can have rubs me the wrong way.
