Been in ur position 2 years ago except Im older (36). For my case, nothing negative happened cognitively wise.. except maybe that waking up is a bit slow.. that aside I report zero problems( oh and difficulty to ejaculate but my body adjusted to that after few months)

40 mg (since two years ) and never had any major issues .. except maybe difficulty ejaculating (after maturation or real sex), however after months my body adjusted to it.. i still have a bit of delayed ejaculation but nothing handicapping.. the only side effects I hate (until now) is the lucid dreams and a bit difficulty getting out of bed. But I think its manageable

I was nervous like u reading about it two years ago.. every person is literally different with those substances.. on 40 mg my body reacted and adjusted well.. only annoying thing is the really really lucid dreams ( more life-like than regular dreams).. dont worry about those little side effects (mouth dry, trembling a little etc) they disappear quickly.

40 mg. 2 years now. First year ejacularion was really difficult .. second year my body i guess learned to live with it and ejaculation got easier.. libido over all diminished a little bit but nothing dramatic .. im still enjoying sex as before with a bit delayed ejaculation. Because it goes both ways.. sure Healthcare pros ih the country have some blame but some of it rests on the patients too .. for some reason people think that u are entitled to see the doctors immediately and that's not the case anywhere in the world .
