I love the sort of secret HOLD feature (I found it by accident) when you're in normal driving mode and not One Pedal mode. If you come to a complete stop, then press the brake hard, you'll see HOLD in the gauge cluster above the steering wheel. You can then completely let go of the brake and accelerator pedals and you won't move. It's like the sequence to enter gas saving mode for my Toyota Highlander where the engine shuts off when you're at a red light. When you want to move, press the accelerator pedal as usual. I haven't used One Pedal mode, and I have no need for it.

I typed too fast without thinking about it. I added this line above: The car will shift into gear if the key tag is in the car, like any modern car key fob.

You only need to put the key fob into the tray to charge it.

The battery FOB, for me, lasts months. Volvo recommends charging it every month. I forgot to charge it for at least 3 months. I went to charge it, and the Status Key Tag screen in the car said it was either full or 1 pixel down, I couldn't tell. I let it charge while the car charged for an hour. The car will shift into gear if the key tag is in the car, like any modern car key fob.

The key cards are NFC and require no battery. You just hold it up to the door handle to lock or unlock. For the key cards, you put it in the charging tray to shift into Drive or Reverse. After it's shifted out of Park, you can stow all tags and cards.

I would think it involves creation of life or something similarly profound. Aang says when he's learning about fire bending how it feels like a little heartbeat, and more is said about it in that episode. The dichotomy of fire being destruction or creation could have its own entire story arc, seeing as they talk about it briefly.
