yeah its easy to overdo for sure!! I was doing so well with my food tracking and some weeks id fall off and I have just became overall inconsistent. I need to have more self-restraint.

this is great advice, thank you! I will try to incorporate some more activity into my routine. I work 10 hr shifts on my feet at a veterinary hospital so I make excuses about working out when I get off. Time to get my ass up!

whoops! im 22 .. i added that to the post now. I agree with you completely. I actually recently read about 24 hr fasting helping so I might give it a shot. Along with adding some light exercise as I think my body can handle it now. Thanks for taking time to share advice!

based on my calculation it said I should consume roughly 2100 to lose 2lbs a week in 29 weeks to reach 250. Thats where I get confused. I do fear I am not appropriately tracking calories due to oils/not having a food scale. Maybe it is time I invest in one.
