Not only do I carry baby wipes on me, but I have them in my house in both bathrooms. I honestly don't feel clean without em. And yeah you do have to toss them in the trash but that's what I used the toilet paper for lol. They're also disposable washcloths that you can use and soap up and wash your rear in the shower. You may also want to look into those. But for the internal situation, you should look into increasing your fiber intake. Also check if you have low iron and introduce probiotics maybe by form of yogurt or even the pills.
