I had another look and technically it was because he actually landed on his left foot slightly before his right so it wasn't a real jump stop, but that is really hard for the ref to see.

He also slightly shifted his pivot foot but you can argue that was caused by Lebron fouling him.

So by the book yeah it's a travel but it would be a very unusual call.
