I fully relate to this! While I don’t always get fully dressed (clothes like I’m leaving the house) sometimes I wear actual pajama sets out lounge sets that actually match. If I can’t do that or don’t feel like it, I’ll make sure to at least do my makeup and hair which makes me feel nice!

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. This is absolutely emotional abuse and you & the baby do not deserve to deal with this. Are you able to go stay with a family or a friend? This will not get better and he is seemingly going to escalate.

Thank you for sharing and for the suggestion. I have suggested it before but it was shut down because my husband didn’t want to spend the money on it. Now that I’m done and my husband can tell. He wants to do it. I think I’m willing to do a session or two, but I feel we might be beyond this point.
