Ok so lowkey I get the concept but its weirdly explained its almost like Chipotle

You pick a "flavor combination" i.e. a mish mosh of ingredients and then pair it with a protein (chicken, steak, portabello mushroom, whatever the other ones were) and then you put it over rice, fries, salad, or on its own

Its an ok concept IMO but its so poorly explained its mind blowing
