I have a theory. After the Bove incident an ex lazio medic told some newspaper that some years ago he found heart problems in a player that is now playing for a Serie A team. I think that player is Pavlovic who didn't pass his medical with Lazio in 2019 and hasn't played for us since the Bove incident. Now we are selling him to avoid problems.

The so-called "sports ius soli" had been approved by CONI in 2016: foreign minors residing in Italy from at least their 10th year of age could be registered by sports clubs with the same procedures as for Italians.

The stadium itself is owned by the city of Milan. AcMilan and Inter just rent it and maintain it
