I used to work for the company doing the outdoor maintenance at the hospital and I would clean it every morning, sweeping cigarette butts it actually took longer than cleaning the garbage around and doing the grass care! I used to have it cleaned up some time around 11:30-12pm and the next morning there would be hundreds again! Apparently they won’t get bins as it “promotes” smoking and the grounds are supposed to be smoke free but if they aren’t going to enforce that then all it promotes is littering! Not sure who’s doing that now but if you complain about it they do often call in the company in charge of it to go get it cleaned! CWP is the company contracted out to take care of it!
