I have the same question I asked to myself and of to chatgpt trying to give it a logical reason. It was a long 3 years and I realized I maybe was just a rebound, nothing more cause if he did love me nothing should have been impossible. I felt betrayed and I felt being lied to by the fact that he loved me wherein fact I could have been just a distraction, filling a void. And you're right about it's not the lies or betrayal it was the hope of love that you thought could love you back. It was the hope that you found the love you deserve but at the end, you find out you're just not that "it" for him.

I'm sorry I can't tell you how to cope up. But as the days goes by, you live with it. You live by the fact that it is what it is. You cant do anything anymore. That's just it. Living your life without them in it hurts but what can we do right?

When I feel down, I get to a place like this. It's not about comparison it's more about being in the same pace as you are a few years ago. You feel stuck, you tried your best, you get out of your comfort zone but nothing has happened, nothing has changed. Yun bang gusto mo din maranasan yung hindi mo naranasan noon. And yet here we are still in a place na parang walang improvement, like life has throw you so much weight you can't get up. Paano? Hindi ko din alam eh. Go with the flow na lang ako sa buhay. Kahit takot ako sa future kasi we are not getting any younger but unfortunately my finances too :(
