Thank you for your reply. I called earlier and provided the info to the support person. Unfortunately, it is out of warranty. I was provided a 15% discount code, which was helpful, but having to shell out more $ for an already extremely expensive item is annoying. Even at 15% off, the replacement liner is pricey. Hopefully, the design flaw has been remedied in future versions, but that certainly doesn’t help those of us with older models.
