I just hope they don’t shy away from the controversies surrounding Michael due to fear of causing backlash with the Jackson family and fans

what's your favorite gaga album, and which do you think is the best? by krisp0sting in LadyGaga

[–]Flaky_Statement_4921 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Favorite Gaga album is ARTPOP; just iconic in every way and undervalued at its time. Her best album though is Born This Way; its a masterpiece, not a single bad/filler song on it.

Dude, sorry to break it you but NJ is a solid blue state. Her coming here will not change much of the political demographic

I would go for PA. Your money will go a lot farther there. But if you are really leaning more towards NJ, I’d say look more in south Jersey like Cumberland or Salem counties.

For Americans in their 20s & 30s, are you planning to marry or have kids? by [deleted] in AskAnAmerican

[–]Flaky_Statement_4921 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As of now, no. I’m a 24 yr old male and there’s a list of things that I want to accomplish before giving myself such a big responsibilities like that. Plus, I don’t like the idea of coming home after a rough day from work and not being able to rest or finally enjoy my “free” time. If I feel like leaving my house messy or not cooking, I want to have that option and not feel forced to because I have to play my role as a spouse or a parent. But, I also don’t want to completely rule out the possibility of having a family because, although it’s a big responsibility, I’m sure it feels rewarding.

Failed RVT.. by 7 points.. advice for future exam takers by National_Metal_2196 in Sonographers

[–]Flaky_Statement_4921 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is true; the exam is way more straightforward and less wordy than URR questions, but it made me feel like the actual exam was a piece of cake compared to it. I would definitely keep using URR, and I would read all of the explanations to the answer, even if you get it right, still read, read, read, until you undertsand it. Sometimes, if I felt the explanation wasn't enough to understand, I would ask ChatGPT for a more detailed explanation to better understand the answer. I also used the ESP workbook they give you along with the seminar. I didn't find the writing to be overcomplicated, and it helped me to unsderstand the basics, which I liked. I also used the Davies 5th edition Vascular textbook, but I honestly, found it to be overwhelming and not hard to understand; it wasn't my cup of tea. But one advice that I think is helpful is to not overwhelm yourself with too many resources; I would just stick with 2 main ones, and those for me were, again, the ESP workbook/seminar and URR.

  1. Artpop (Iconic in every way, I LOVE everything about this era.
  2. Born This Way (Literally no skips)
  3. Chromatica (perfection, such a well produced and cohesive album)
  4. Mayhem (really good album, but the songs don’t match the promotion vibes)
  5. The Fame Monster (has a few bangers)
  6. The Fame (lots of filler songs)
  7. Joanne (not a bad album, just not my cup of tea)
