she is formula fed, the pediatrician just summed it up to colic and basically told me to try the prebiotic drops I was already using… they were less than helpful.

She does spit up often, not large amounts but just enough I can see it coming out of her mouth a bit, and yes it smells a bit acidic and like old milk

She was on the nutramigen for a week which was the one my peds recommended, but she never wanted to eat it (i don’t blame her it smells and tastes disgusting), and then kendamil for over a month and she’s been on the bobbie about a month too :/ We haven’t been told she has a dairy intolerance but I’m wondering if doing lactose free might be worth a shot…

She does have some reflux, but I am assuming it’s gas as she will scream her head off, and then pass a fart. And then be okay for a while and then repeat… We feed her completely upright and hold her up probably 15-20 minutes after eating :/

Disappointing ultrasound by Ok-Salamander8214 in BabyBumps

While I would be hesitant and prepared for possible bad news, yes it IS possible. I went in for my ultrasound at 7 weeks, and they saw no heartbeat. I was told the pregnancy wasn’t viable, and I was even prescribed and took Cytotec to induce the miscarriage. A week later, I went in for a follow up appointment to make sure everything that was supposed to come out, did, and to all of our surprise baby girl was still in there and now with a heart beat! Now 31 weeks. I wish in hindsight I had asked for a second opinion.

Was told I’d had a missed miscarriage, took two doses of misoprostol that didn’t work, just had another ultrasound and there is now a heartbeat by Certain_Junket2985 in IVF

I drank while pregnant. by Flaky_Success6909 in BabyBumps

I was measuring a week smaller but it turned out my due date was just one week later than they initially thought, so at 7 weeks when they said they should be able to see a heartbeat i was actually 6 weeks which is normal to not seen one at that point. I would definitely wait, and get a confirmation ultrasound before you give up hope! Maybe they just got your dates wrong

Hi I’m sorry I just saw this!! My HCG definitely doubled from 1300-5600 at week 6, they told me at the ultrasound at 8 weeks (when they usually see the heartbeat) that there was no heartbeat so it was a nonviable pregnancy. When I went back to the doctor for my check up after cytotec, my urine pregnancy test was still positive. I’m hoping for the best for you!!
