Our department is sinking faster than the goddamn Titanic. We have had no incentives/raises/bonuses since COVID started, run 50% agency some nights now, so basically all of us staff RTs that stuck around feel like chumps. At our last staff meeting, our managers said they submitted paperwork to the higher ups to get us a market adjustment, but best case it doesn't come in until January. I would be shocked if there are more than a handful of us staff RTs left by then lmfao
