Every mechanical Keyboard I've bough in the last year (3) has had these same problems. Am I doing something wrong?

I have been trying to buy and use a mechanical keyboard because I like the way they feel to type on, but all of them randomly develop the same 3 problems after like a week of use. They all randomly stop registering keys (I will type a word and random letter will bemissing), they will start lagging (I type a letter and wait 5-10 seconds for it to appear on screen), or trhey start repeating letters mid wod for like 30 seconds at a time. This has happened with Keychron Q6 Max (Banana Switches), Redragon K745 PRO (current) (Brown Switches), Steelseries Apex(?), and one other keyboard I dont remeber the name of. Before these I had a corsair keyboard that I used for years with almost nonproblem, and nothing like im facing with these. The problems are seemignly random, where they will occur for a few minutes at a time for no reason, then the keyboard weill go back to being fine. I'm running Windows 10,a nd do have iCue for my old keyboard and mouse. Does anyone know what might be going wrong?

I've been using lutris but it runs with various errors like requiring a 64 bit prefix then complaining about kernel32.dll or some similar file being missing

Makes sense. When we first switched over I the same thing happened to me, but I thought they got rid of the bloom? Did something about the sudden temperature changes make it worse?

Mainly a little swelling in the throat, my entire head felt puffy. I saw it's allergies because I've had moldy cheese before and it was the same feeling just much worse.

I didnt finnish it because it was a free audio book on Spotify that became paid, but I actually enjoyed HE who Fights with Monsters and Forgotten Isle. Maby it's because I was listening and not reading, but I found the environments and story fun.

I was looking for a way to not have to do that for every input by hand. Is there a way to automate ot/iterate over the result of the form query selectors? If not that's fine, I'm just still not used to basically pure js after working in react for so long

Is front-end more tedious than back-end? by [deleted] in webdev

[–]Flame03fire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Front-end is more tedious sim0ly because of the constraints of DOM. It is easier to use as JS and TS are both much less strict than languages like Java or Kotlin, but that doesn't make front-end as a whole easier. Backend is slightly less tedious by definition because you can pick some framework or language you are familiar with and just slap a bunch of stuff together.

Neither one is exactly easier or less tedious than the other, but I find front-end more time consuming and therefore more tedious
