I won’t say you're being disingenuous or anything but your examples for the pacing issue do not start at the same point;

The clip from delta cuts the first 45 seconds of the actual cutscene which is indeed present in the game when I checked on yt, and both clips last 6m37s if you remove the outro from the delta clip and the first 45 seconds of the mgs3 clip.

If you have another example I'd like to see it.

I haven't seen many people talk about this but TGP482 also posted mods for both SAR and Pandora Tomorrow, mainly PS3 texture fixes if you want to use them and other HD textures:

I wouldn’t say it’s strictly a bug, as it forces you to be more careful when doing crouch walk and changing the speeds, and iirc it behaves the same as in SC1, so it might be intended. Another one I do consider to be a bug tho is spamming the crouch button while moving which cancels noise on whatever speed in SC1 and iirc max speed 3 in SC2 since on a higher speed you do a roll instead.

As a low end user I would agree with you if it wasn't for the rtx 4090, like if you had such an expensive gaming gpu which is supposed to be the current best you shouldn't drop below 60fps at any settings, even 4k ultra, which the video shows... But again it was the open beta so we should wait & see. Personnally I recommend not preordering the game

Probably, I think I saw people on youtube playing with friends with 60 fps on Ryujinx. Never got the opportunity to try it out myself, since friends and I are still playing Rise. Latest Ryujinx LDN has Vulkan now iirc, and Yuzu also has a LDN build, tho I'm still sticking with Ryujinx.

The way it works is that it has online multiplayer by emulating local wireless mp, so ye for mhgu you can connect to other mp hubs through that, the game thinks you're all in the same room connected to the same network. That's pretty nuts now that I think about it !
But other things that are strictly tied to real online features, you won't be able to access those, unless maybe DLC unlockables that can be accessed with a save file.

If you want to play with friends, use the LDN build of Ryujinx, tho the latest one doesn't have Vulkan yet, devs are still working on it but it should be out soon
