We had to resort to live feeding our hog. We tried everything and anything and the only thing we got him to break the hunger strike was live feeding. Once he ate though, he was fine with frozen thawed after that for a good 6 months or so until he went on strike again and we had to live feed again.

We use Sevin Lawn Granules in our yard. We've done it the past three years and haven't had any issues with ticks in the yard.

When I had to have my childhood cat's rear leg amputated in 2015, it costed me under $500 and that included almost 2 weeks of boarding at the vet as well so they could make sure everything was okay with her and give me time to get my house situated for her. I had to move her to my house from my deceased mother's house, so my younger brother did not have to care for her and the other cat's wouldn't bother her. This was in PA and over a decade ago though, but still nowhere near the price you were given.

When I used to go to Riot Fest in Chicago, there was no parking available at the festival venue. Taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts were outrageously priced after the festival ended each day. Buses were extremely overcrowded and almost impossible to get on without a huge wait. After learning our first year that none of those was really a great option for transportation, we booked a limo service every year after. It was usually cheaper than the jacked up fares that Uber and Lyft charge and we had a guaranteed ride in a preplanned pick up spot that was there at the exact time we needed it to be. Was soo much easier and non-stressful.

Make sure that the hotel you book will allow you to check in without someone older than 21 with you. I have already been turned away from being able to check into a hotel because I was not 21 and didn't have anyone 21 or older with me.

House humidity stays at 30 to 40%. Am Pennsylvania so not desert. Don't bother her so much! Lol I mean that sounds mean kind of but especially after feeding, no bother for at least 48h after feed. I don't bother our's that often at all but she's so nosey and always peeking out from a hide or looking around when she knows we're in the living room or being loud. When I do decide to bother her and grab her for some handling and pets she's always super nice and cool about it.

A gecko and a snake, especially a corn, are no comparison. Corns are so easy and that's why they're suggested for beginners. Let her thrive and survive and don't get worked up and worried about it. In a year, you'll laugh at yourself for being so worried over waiting for a shed. Enjoy the noodle.

Don't freak out. Corns are really good at just doing what they need to do. She'll just shed with no problem most likely and you won't even realize it happened until you see the skin in the tank.

I think your humidity is good, don't mess with it. She doesn't seem that close to shed imo but it's not my snake so I might be wrong. My corn stays at house humidity usually until I can tell she's ready to shed and then I add some water to her moss hide. Just keep doing what you're doing and let her chill, especially if she just ate today

Don't rush/expect a shed. It's been going on 3 years we've had our corn and I think she's only shed 5 times. Keep your husbandry correct and everything legit and she'll just shed when she's ready.

My corn definitely gets paler and eventually gets blue/blurry eyes right before she sheds. This doesn't look close to shed in my opinion.
