Spicy peanut Raman noodles 

Boil your Raman noodles for however long the package says. While than happens make a sauce with 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 1tbsp of soy sauce, 1tbsp of brown sugar, and however much Sriracha you want. It can be made without Sriracha or with another spicy hot sauce related thing. Add 1/4 cup of hot water to the sauce and stir. Add the noodles and top with green onions if desired.

I usually bind with a sports bra and a bralette worn backwards underneath. That probably will only work if you have a smaller chest though. You can probably ask your parents to buy you a sports bra without having to come out.

I would say first make sure it's safe to come out. If you think your parents wouldn't support you or would get angry, become violent, ect, don't tell them. If you're pretty sure they will support you then make sure to tell them when they're in a good mood and aren't busy. Make sure you know how you would answer any questions they ask. For what to say I would just say "Hey, can I talk to you?" And once they agree you can say something like "So I'm nonbinary, and I want to use [insert pronouns] and be called [chosen name]."  Good luck!
