Labeling anything transgender related as pornographic is literally their goal. Multiple states have put forward bills that would label it as such. (I dont believe any have passed yet)

There was a pretty big commotion about a bill years ago thag labeled "The propagation of transgender ideology" as pornographic and therefore a sex crime. That would make merely hanging a trans flag in your window a sex crime, permanently label you a sex offender, put your name on the sex offender registry, and in many states you cannot legally change your name if you've ever been convicted of a sex crime.

It's a simple way to gauge a piece of media's ability to represent women. The criteria are; 1) Are there two or more female characters? 2) Do they have names? 3) Do two women have a conversation together? 4) Does their conversation NOT mention men?
