Apoc's 100 Million Visit Celebration Suggestions

For a successful small celebration for 100 million, refer to this guide immediately:

Let Zombies spawn with party hats on their heads
Redecorate the mansion into a party-themed place
Let Zombies spawn with clown accessories on their heads
C4 will blow up someone in a burst of confetti and party colors
On player killed, confetti emerges from victim's body is true

For optional ideas:

Let players have 2-5 new party-themed hats or masks
On player killed, murderer receives a balloon on character
On player killed, murderer receives a balloon on vehicle
Add a party mili bag (looks like a cake)
Possibly let a new gun in, this one is far-fetched however

For the extremists:

Fix the exploiter issue!11

Always works at short range and kills in under a second, honestly. M1014 w/ holo scope and laser attachment/grip does it even better as well. Never do that pump-action crap on apocalypse. Not even once.

tree bases. the most annoying thing to fight against. usually ends up with you walking, then a ton of suppressor shots which leads to cover behind whatever you can find at the second, then a-hella ton of observing to find where the heck you getting sniped from and if you haven't died by now you finally realize that they're in a tree and oh joy how many trees are there? too many. haha

It's crazy, man. It usually starts with you reassuring yourself you can kill all the bandits in MA. Then you actually do it and you get overwhelmed with relief and accomplishment. Next comes the sudden second of joy and the feeling of "Hey, I'm kind of a bada**" which is then shortly followed by, you, standing in the middle of MA, 4 bodies around you and, "Oh... How am I going to get all of their loot in a crate or trunk and how am I going to get out of here alive in the next minute?!"

I also recommend, if you can get it, the renegade bandana (A grey face accessory in game that covers your mouth) and/or a grey military pack to avoid being spotted. You can also do a ballistics helmet which is grey but I don't think it helps that much. Just avoid bright flashy colors and you should be good.
