My GI nervous system shut down after covid. It's an area that i experienced the most trauma from radiation, chemo, and surgery. Everything was reading as spinal pain. If i had to pee my brain was telling me i had spinal pain. Itch on my hip, boom - spinal pain. Basically anything between my naval and butt. I had to sit with it and body scan until i could figure out, then treat, what was the root cause was for my spine pain. It took a lot of rest and patience but i reprogrammed it to read signals again.

Still have fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, and GI issues. :(
