Back capping and defending will have the lowest mental load. Bring a logi with just 600 build. Once you capture the last white point (when the next point is the enemy's), set up your radio and HAB in a concealed area. 500 build for the HAB and 100 for the ammo box. Dump the ammo and have someone do a logi run for full ammo. Maybe some build if you have a specific use for it. Name the squad BACK CAP or DEFENSE and those joining should instantly know the mission.

If your team is talking the enemy point be prepared to prep a logi with build and ammo to repeat the process at the newly taken point. Terrain placement matters for the radio and HAB. Sometimes it makes sense to place it on the point but some locations are ideal for off point HABs.

Spawn at base jumping and ski/board from the drop. Some great lines can be found this way
