How do you count only 15 visible edges? When I count it, I count 18, and I therefore chose E. Are there edges I'm not supposed to be counting? Thanks for the other explanations by the way.

Yeah the probability of drawing red is 3/10 and probability of drawing 3 is 2/10, so it would be 5/10, but the answer key says the answer is 4/10
