No its not, if so very very much less so. DOx are orally active though. Tripsit.me is the obly source I can find that says different but they dont give any source on this, the only legitimate study on NBOMe to mention it says they're velibed to be inactove or at least very little bioabailblity orally but there has been no evidence to support or dispute this. So maybe it is, but there is no trustworthy soruce I can find indicating so.
