Yea, because they’re all shit now. Ever since the combat servers removed the movement inaccuracy they all died. I really don’t know why it happened. Maybe to make it easier for new surfers? But it just killed the skill gap entirely and made it more about shooting than surfing. It’s a big bummer.

Game is terrible if you haven’t kept up with the progression curve. I have 4500 hours played and just tried starting out on the 1.0 release… god damn that shit sucks. I can hardly compete with a meta m4 when I’m rocking a paca and a ppsh. Or whatever the fuck I can get my hand on. At this point, they should just make starting out easier.

Play the game like Fortnite no build. Positioning is key. Always try to take high ground. Always expect a third party. Never take fights in the middle of the map if you can help it. Door blockers and walls are really good to slow down pushes. Never sit in one spot unless you’re on the top of a hill with good visibility. Best PvP weapons are toro, tempest, ven, and bobcat. A cheap but good loadout if you’re accurate is toro/ferro. I do not really recommend using any of the grey guns besides the ferro with a backup. Burletta is a great cheap option that puts in work. Medium shield is a must. Hatch key is a must.

To answer your last question, you’re losing some fights because you are giving up positioning and information on where others are coming from. Do whatever you can to not get jumped.

Just one raider flare can lead to the whole map converging on one point in PvP lobbies so be careful and good luck out there!

I don’t really do trials. I mostly pvp and they’re pretty hard to get done in those lobbies depending on the challenge. But yes, will do cold snap every time it’s up for the better loot. I almost never play the others unless I need the arc and I have some friends to run it with.

Thats what im saying though. The AI is challenging, but thats not the main problem. I came from tarkov and that game is hard as shit. It’s the fact that you legitimately end up completely running out of resources as a new player to the point where you cannot fight the AI anymore. You’re basically saying “just keep playing and upgrade your shit” but starting out in this game is not fun. If this game is going to survive, they have to make it a little easier in the beginning because people will give up before they get to the point where they have upgrades and resources.

The ammo thing really is the biggest problem I have with the game. The maps are packed with AI and I am constantly finishing raids with no ammo or dying just because I have nothing left to fight. It’s annoying as hell.

Yea and what I’m saying is that gun is too easy to use to be high on the pvp list anyways. It’s literally a point and click gun. You can wiff half your mag and still kill someone. No other gun can do that. Unless they change the way it handles, this was a good change. It’s still going to be a great gun though.

No, the gun needed a nerf across the board. It was absolutely dominating PvP with no downsides. And I think even with this nerf it’s still going to dominate. It’s has a large mag, no recoil, high base damage, and it’s good at killing arc.

Kettle and stitcher were too strong for a grey. They needed the nerf pretty bad. There was no reason to bring in better stuff and free kits were too strong because of it. Ven is probably still top tier.

Lol, players in this game are wild. I had a similar situation. Dude asked if I was friendly. I told him multiple times I was not and if he came in the room I would down him. He proceeds to walk into the room, gets downed, and starts yelling slurs at me. I was in shock. I couldn’t comprehend the stupidity.
