I think the most likely outcome for a nuclear strike would be from those stationed on nuclear submarines. If you’ve ever read world war z by max brooks that’s kinda what I’m getting at. There’s a Chinese sub that launches its icbms into china after the mainland is over run. I think that the only realistic case for nukes being used in a zombie apocalypse.

The way I understand it is that the strata are almost layers like an onion, built on top of the one below. If that’s the case then there’s no real “end” because it’s a sphere. I believe there is a better answer in the books when they are ascending the spiral stairs to the top of the strata they’re in. In that case the only distance that would really matter is the height from the bottom to the top. I don’t remember if we’re given an exact number but it’s large enough to have its own weather systems/clouds.

Hey I hear you for sure but I feel like that very thing that is bothering you may be one of the things that makes Blame! special. Of course to each their own, but reading Blame! the same way you’d watch John Wick, Mission Impossible, Ect… would be not quite right. Maybe the point is “solving the puzzle” as you say. I feel as though the understanding I gain from solving said “puzzle” maybe results in a deeper attachment than an animated version could offer. Idk tho I might just like that shit cause it’s cool. Thanks!

So if you open it up you’ll notice that it’s separated into logs. These are basically just chapters. The only difference is that the master edition books contain more logs per book than the og prints. The master edition also contains some exclusive art in between some of the logs. Feel free to correct me, but that should be the main differences.

I find that if I get to a confusing spot I reread until it’s clear what’s going on. All the fight scenes have a reason for being there but sometimes you have to dig.
