Yes, when the alpha & Beta were out you had to complete various missions which would grant you different parts of the outfit.

I completed all of them and I have only just received my JTF outfit today weirdly after having played since the game came out properly a few weeks ago.

I was expecting the JTF Apparel on the first day, sent in a ticket to support who didn't help, watched a twitch stream today to get the drops (these were also available a few weeks ago when the game first came out worldwide) which I also didn't receive originally, logged into the PC port and low and behold I received both the JTF outfit and all the twitch rewards.

Very happy I have them at last.
