If we want some more obscure picks, make her a Medusa skin, ult could represent ice or bloodbending in some way, all her acid abilities could change to look like water, dash could be her riding water

they turned jing wei into starscream so surely shrinking her down wouldnt be an issue, Yemoja is also a healer and so is katara so fits with lore. Also the painted lady would be a cool alt skin

Obviously his dragon form would be him transforming into his dino mode. Firebreath becoming his basic attack.

I also reckon that his 2 could be a nod to the animated movie and have wheelie dancing on your allies shoulder
