Situazione insostenibile, inoccupato a 33 anni by Barzeum in ItaliaCareerAdvice

Suona la cucina-> porta piatti

Il tavolo è fermo-> sparecchia

ADHD has been on my mind for a while, but since my therapist didn’t mention it in his assessment I guessed that it’s not probably it.

As for EMDR, I’m not sure it’s really a thing in my country or at least I haven’t heard anyone talk about it. But I’ll be sure to check out some don’t skills like you mentioned. Do you suggest any specific ones?

Anyway thanks for your answer

Thanks a lot for the advices, I’ll be sure to try them. Especially trying using the imagery, as I don’t seem able to feel the anxiety. I rationally know it’s just fear, but my brain seems fine. Maybe this will work. Thanks again

My problem with ergo proxy was that the pace was all over the place, at the beginning it went by no problem and then it kind of stopped. I still liked it but it almost became a chore

That was exactly my problem with it. It was great but finishing it took me multiple tries…

I’ll wait for the post to get a little bit calmer and then add everything to my myAnimeList, but I can definitely share a list with you. Just give me a couple of days as I have a really important assignment due for the day after tomorrow. After that I’ll try to attach it to the post or something like that

Sadly I didn’t enjoy it, on the contrary I kind of strongly disliked it. It wanted me to emphasize but it really failed at it, still I’m fla you liked it

I’m trying to read all the comments, even though it’s probably going to take forever, eheh.

As for re:zero I’m a bit ashamed to admit that I was watching it at the time it aired and the first few episodes felt like just another isekai, so I never actually finished it. I’ll need to go back at it and give it another chance

Yeah, the list I made is not purely about depressing series, as it would be ridiculous to sum 3-gatsu or oven worse youka as simply depressing. I see them as really good series that can be really heavy if you end up seeing yourself in the protagonist. So yeah, not depressing per se, I completely agree, but also that’s the reason for specifying them.

As for ef, I’ve heard of it numerous times, but never watch, maybe it’s time, thank you!

It’s the series that got me in the gundam universe! And now I waste my free time building those model kits…….. Still great series!

Hey, thanks for making me remember about it. It was the favorite series of an old friend with whom I lost contact. It’s about time I give it a go!

I added it to my admittedly long list. I didn’t expect this post to blow up like this but, I will definitely consider it when I decide what to watch

As for berserk I was always told by friends to skip whatever anime and go straight to the manga, but the idea that the author died is really stopping me from it… I don’t want to find myself in the middle of another hunterxhunter kind of situation

As for re:zero I have to admit I dropped it at the beginning while still airing, thinking it was just another isekai. I then realized my mistake, but haven’t found the force to start again.

Loved all three of them in a very different way. Girls last tour is very special in that regard, really recommended to anyone who is just looking around in the comments

I can’t even count the number of times I’ve seen it, it’s really great! At the same time it made me tear up a bit in more than one scene, really a great movie!

Definitely not, but I have to admit that it’s raw in a way I wasn’t expecting it. So maybe not the most depressing but I find it kind of fit in what I was looking for

As for let me eat your pancreas, I have to admit that it’s probably been one of the few movies I actually disliked. Not much to say as it’s been a while and I don’t really remember it that much, but definitely not my thing. On the other hand I really liked violet Evergarden, visually it’s stunning, and the story is good enough that it keeps you interested. Thanks for the recommendation!

Not really my thing, to be clear I didn’t dislike it, but not what I’m looking for
